Dr. Pennachio is great but be aware that his staff is not. Receptionists, doctor assistants, and billing department, all of them were rude and seem not to have patience to work with customer service. Also, made me over pay for my appointment before I left even though I told I was supposed to pay only 20%. The insurance did pay the 80% and now I need a refund. Needs improvement.Update: I received a call from the office in regards of my concerns. Sharon was very attentive, helped me with my questions related to my eye issue, and processed my refund. This is a great example of customer service.

Dr. Pennachio was very professional and listened very closely to my history. He alleviated my concerns and gave excellent advice. The staff got me scheduled very quickly and were very efficient. I especially appreciated that the office did not feel like an assembly line as I have felt at other ophthalmologists offices. Highly recommend this doctor!

Kind, friendly, professional. Ive been going there for 12+ years and Dr. Pennachio and his team have always been great.
