Very professional friendly and timely

I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the examination prior to seeing the doctor. Then the doctor carefully explained the procedure for cataract surgery and what options are available to me.

Dr Pennachios staff is very professional. There has never been any wait for your scheduled appointment. Once youve been through the tests, Dr Pennachio goes over the results with you. All are very friendly as well as professional.

Dr. Scruggs saw my son who had a severely swollen eye. He took the time to explain the diagnosis, what it meant, how to treat, and what to look out for. He was kind, not rushed, answered my many questions and seemed invested in my sons best interest (and my concern). His bedside manner was top notch and would highly recommend. All of the administrative staff and nurses were all so kind and helpful also!
