I saw Dr Scruggs for drooping lower eye lids. He listened patiently as I explained my condition. He asked relevant questions and spent time to analyze my specific condition. Dr Scruggs measured and performed several tests. Once he had enough information, he offered several options of treatment. He explained the procedures and the outcomes of each. His bedside manner was relaxed and professional. He took the time to answer each of my questions. He stayed with me until all questions were answered, and I was satisfied I had the information needed to make a decision.I would recommend Dr Scruggs to anyone who may need reconstructive eye surgery.
