COVID safe; clean; friendly; thorough

I originally made an appointment about a month and half ago but due to a family emergency I had to cancel and reschedule. It was very easy and was treated with the utmost respect and understanding. Also on the day of the rescheduled appointment I got to the office and was quickly attended to as far as signing in and after that waited only a couple minutes to be called back. In all my years of going to doctors appointments this is the first time that I was seen on TIME! Recommend this establishment for all your eye care needs!!!

It was our first visit and pleased with the overall experience from pleasantries, cleanliness of office, insistence of patients to keep their masks OVER their nose in the building to the thoroughness and explanations by Dr Pannachio. Not quite all our records were transcribed into the computer initially, thus the 4 stars instead of 5.
