Dr. Scruggs, his surgery staff, and his office staff are positive, caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable people. You are seen very close to your appointment time and the surgery is well planned in advance so there is little wait time. The instructions for before and after surgery are easy to understand and follow. The description of what you should expect is exact and thorough. Dr. Scruggs listened to what my needs were and the results were all I could have hoped for. No problems, no pain, no hesitation in recommending Dr. Scruggs to anyone who requires eye surgery.

After careful research I chose Dr. Pennachio to do my cataract surgery. His staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and Dr. Pennachio is incredible. He really took the time to make sure that the surgery achieved the best possible results for me. I had one eye done the first week of October and the other the last week. The results are incredible.
