Dr Scruggs did surgery on both of my eyes for clogged tear ducts. He explained each step and the procedure was painless with an excellent outcome. I decided to have him do my eyelid surgery. He did it and also suggested a brow lift. I could not be happier with the outcome. He is a gifted surgeon. I am so grateful I found him. And I love his staff. Wait was always short but probably longer now as others discover just how talented he is. Just extremely grateful I found him!!

My Retina Doctor recommend Doctor Cordero at Central Florida Eye Specialist and I couldnt be happier. Office was very clean and staff very friendly. Dr. Cordero was very professional, friendly and explained everything to me in terms that I understood the different types of cataract surgery.
