Dr Scruggs did surgery on both of my eyes for clogged tear ducts. He explained each step and the procedure was painless with an excellent outcome. I decided to have him do my eyelid surgery. He did it and also suggested a brow lift. I could not be happier with the outcome. He is a gifted surgeon. I am so grateful I found him. And I love his staff. Wait was always short but probably longer now as others discover just how talented he is. Just extremely grateful I found him!!

My Retina Doctor recommend Doctor Cordero at Central Florida Eye Specialist and I couldnt be happier. Office was very clean and staff very friendly. Dr. Cordero was very professional, friendly and explained everything to me in terms that I understood the different types of cataract surgery. Just had my left eye surgery and recovering easier then I thought I would. Looking forward in a few weeks to my right eye surgery. Thank you Doctor Barnard for recommending Dr. Cordero. Dr. Scruggs removed cist under my eye brow. He is very caring and concerned about your recovery. I left off a star because My appointment for surgery was at 1pm and I had to spend almost 3 hours in the preparation area for a procedure that took 20 minutes. My son was in the waiting room worrying that something had gone wrong. His staff could use a little more organization but they were very professional.
