He immediately diagnosed my emergency situation, got me into surgery and saved me from potential loss of sight. He is knowledgeable beyond measure, professional and he truly takes the time necessary to give quality care to every patient. You wont want to trust your eyes to anyone else.

Cant get any better !!Called in in the morning with an emergency. Three (3) hours later I was being examined by an ophthalmologist !!!!Left the office with a diagnostic, med, and a happy feeling.Definitely recommend this practice.Isabel Daz Alemn

Dr. Scruggs corrected my husbands droopy eyelids in April of 2018. Office visits with him were thorough, efficient, and humorous. My husbands eyes look great and comments from friends are highly complimentary. Dr. Scruggs is very skilled, presenting a knowledgeable, gentle and friendly demeanor. His surgery center is conveniently located; the staff terrific. My husband elected to only have an upper blepharoplasty this time with Dr. Scruggs; however, a lower bleph is in his future!
