Excellent staff and doctor. No wait!

My ophthalmologist retired and I was referred to this office. I had scleral edema and blurred vision which occurred within a week. I was also due for my annual exam. I was assigned an appointment with Dr. Jones. The staff was wonderful, Dr. Jones not so much. I felt like I was taking up his time and my concerns insignificant. He just wanted to finish and exit the room. I halted him to address my concerns, which he did. I then was dismissed and left with a new prescription for glasses and eye drops for allergies.

I highly recommend. All of the staff are excellent at their jobs, polite, and professional.

From the check-in to the check-out, they are very professional, respectful and friendly. They are thorough in explaining the eye exam procedure before they start. Then explaining each step as they go, making sure you understand and are comfortable. Dr. Jones was very thorough in explaining what he was looking for during his part of the exam, and what he found, if anything. I would definitely recommend them.

I chose CFES because it is near my home, and I was blessed to find its amazing. Clean environment , professional staff, innovative equipment, friendly staff, nice doctor (Brian Jones), all around loved it! At the end of the visit, I was surprised that even with health insurance I would have to pay $45 out of pocket if I wanted a printout of my prescription to get new glasses. Besides that, it was a good experience, I definitely recommend! Oh, and I did receive the dark shades they provided after my eyes were dilated! Thank you all at CFES!
