I had to find another ophthalmologist who took my insurance. Please do not charge me $25. I am formally canceling my appointment. Thank you for your assistance in my time of need.

Overall its an excellent facility and I would definitely recommend them. This last visit they used a new piece of equipment that I did not care for even though my doctor said that it still worked fine with me. It required me to wear goggles that felt too large for my face. It was very heavy and uncomfortable. Also the device kept repeating the same message that was very annoying. I believe next time they are going to use on me the prior machine that does not require the goggles.
