The waits are very long here. I like my doctor (chih) but I feel they are overbooking people. You should not have to wait 2 plus hours for an eye apt. Also having to have them order your lenses for you versus getting them yourself is a hassle and the wait time when you call in is ridiculous at 20 mins sometimes. You can never get to a live person and when you do, you dont get answers or get the wrong ones. They have a new clinical manager so Im hoping she can make some positive changes for those of us that have been going to this location for years...

My appointment was at 1:30 and I was called in at exactly that time. The exam was very thorough. The staff and technicians were friendly and informative. Dr. Truong explained the results of all the tests and any necessary procedure required. He patiently answered all my questions, which I know I repeatedly asked, until I fully understood. I highly recommend Central Florida Eye Specialists.

This was my second visit with the knowledgable Dr Khaled Moumned and I was more comfortable during this appointment. I would have liked to have a written summary of his diagnosis or his plan proceeding forward. He shared both with me verbally, but it would reinforce what I think I heard.

Very friendly staff.

Received a very complete exam.
