The entire staff was exceptional, welcoming, kind, and helpful. Scheduler, Carissa Riera, went above and beyond to schedule my surgeries and follow ups not once, but twice, because I had a conflict. As well as scheduling, Carissa was extremely helpful in guiding me through the whole process from the initial appointment for eye measurement, through both surgeries, and follow ups. I went in for a work in appt this afternoon and I dont like doing eye exams and such and get nervous. Lucy was extremely helpful and made me feel calm and explained everything she was doing and why. Dr Jones was amazing and helpful.
