When I called to schedule an appointment someone quickly answered the phone. The day of my appointment all staff members were pleasant and helpful. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Fleming allowed me to give input. He explained the issues likely contributing to my excessive tearing and tailored an appropriate treatment plan.

Dr Trung and entire staff were knowledgeable, efficient, and sensitive to my concerns. He explained everything clearly and was very nice. Caring staff, too. Runs on time is much appreciated. Great experience.

Friendly and knowledgeable

My recent visit for an eye stye was exceptionally positive, largely due to the outstanding care provided by Cheyenne and Autumn. Their ability to alleviate my concerns through clear communication and professional demeanor made the entire experience remarkably pleasant. While I would appreciate the opportunity to interact with them again, I am also pleased that a future need for their services is unlikely.
