THE BEST VISIT EVER YESTERDAY!

I had an amazing visit yesterday!Considering that there were some rescheduling issues not on my part that I was unpleased about which I wasnt shocked about because I really did not like anything about this office after my last visit except they were supposedly the best and THANK GOD IT WAS ANNUAL-BUT!! When I got there yesterday!! THE STAFF WAS AMAZING FROM THE DOOR!! I was seen promptly with a smile!AND the doctor which was new to me was AWESOME, THOROUGH AND MADE ME FEEL CARED ABOUT! Every staff person that I encountered even in the halls were smiling and gave the best hellos! I was out of there so quickly I had time to have breakfast! TALK ABOUT A TURN AROUND! I came to them because I was told they were the best! NOW I CAN SAY THAT THEY ARE THE BEST IN SERVICES PROVIDED AND THE QUALITY OF CARE IS EVERYTHING!!!!!!

Arrived and was met by Natalie. Welcoming smile and conversation . My wait time was less than five minutes in lobby . Natalie completed the preliminary data and Dr. Scruggs came in with in five minutes. After brief examination he reviewed his findings and we moved forward for a surgical resolution.Clean office, professional demeanor by all encountered.

This was my first visit the staff was very friendly and helpful the wait time was minimal. Dr Fleming was great he took good care of me and all the nurses did as well. I would highly recommend Central Florida Eye Specialist.
