Dr. Scruggs did my DCR (Eye Duct Obstruction) surgery in December 2022. From the initial appt. to the surgery procedure Dr. Scruggs has been outstanding in describing the procedure in detail and explaining any and all questions I had. He would always inquire if I had any more questions. He is unconditionally a great doctor. Now after four months from the procedure the weeping of the eye is 100% dry and has been post surgical date. Also Dr. Scruggs assistant and entire team members were above reproach in each of their services. I am very pleased with my experience having this surgery and consider Central Florida Eye Specialists truly specialists in their field.

They gave great exams and I was very impressed with Dr Pennachio and all of his staff.

First visit, was with my husband who saw him for ongoing concerns. He did a thorough exam, provided information in a stressfree environment. Staff is very accommodating too.
