Everyone, including the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Loved Dr. Jones, he made sure any questions were answered. The office is beautiful and clean and my wait wasn't long. I've also had occuloplastic surgery by Dr. Scruggs for skin cancer on my lower eyelid and he did the most fantastic job, I couldn't be more grateful for his care and skill.

I was seen by Dr Scruggs and staff for a serious infection near the eye. It was an emergency and I had already been seen by other eye doctors who had not properly addressed the problem and it was getting serious. Dr Scruggs was compassionate, competent, and caring. He arranged to take care of the problem right away and fixed it correctly the first time. I could not be more pleased. His assistant was also on the ball and knowledgeable and caring. Top Rating.
