I recommend everything before and after surgery everyone was kind and pleasant and Dr. Farber was great . The atmosphere was also very pleasant.

Dr. Scruggs corrected my husband's droopy eyelids in April of 2018. Office visits with him were thorough, efficient, and humorous. My husband's eyes look great and comments from friends are highly complimentary. Dr. Scruggs is very skilled, presenting a knowledgeable, gentle and friendly demeanor. His surgery center is conveniently located; the staff terrific. My husband elected to only have an upper blepharoplasty this time with Dr. Scruggs; however, a lower bleph is in his future!
