I was given my appointment with the provider I wanted in a timely manner and everyone was polite and attentive to my concerns. Dr Chih is always kind and patient and always addresses my concerns.

On time professional visit. If you have Aetna PPO be aware that they dont take the iCare benefit if you are seeing them for a routine eye check.
