A friend told me about Florida Eye Specialist & on top of that they are across the parking lot from my Primary Doctor. Of all the eye care I have ever been to, Dr Chi is the BEST I have ever seen.

I really, really like this place.The doctors are excellent. THE PHONE SERVICE STINKS. Every time I call between 0800 and 0830 the message is: The office is currently closed, normal business hours are 0800-1200. This is normal for the phone support staff. This review is for phone staff's indifference to this issue, who's response to this issue is "We are busy, and only three of us here", tough. What does it take to switch the phone to message used when open, at 0800 rather than 0830, answer: SECONDS, results: customer satisfaction goes up!

Wow, what a positive experience with my eyelid surgery and post surgical visits. The result of the surgery opened up a whole new world in my peripheral vision. And I am told that I look 10 years younger! I couldn't have been more pleased with my results.
